At IdyllVie, we aspire to ensure you are completely in love with every piece you purchase. Our devotion to your satisfaction is reflected in our return and refund policy.

Return Window

You have a generous 15 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Should this period lapse, we are regrettably unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the pristine condition you received it – unused and within its original packaging. However, certain goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable items like food or flowers.

To start your return, simply submit a request following the instructions provided here on our website.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, items that are returned with signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error may be subject to partial refunds.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we’ll communicate via email. If your refund is approved, we will promptly process it, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

Haven't seen your refund yet? First, check your bank account again, then reach out to your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund shows up officially. Next, contact your bank as there's typically some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and the refund is still elusive, please get in touch with us at info@IdyllVie.com.

Sale Items

We offer refunds only for regular-priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. For an exchange, email us within 5 days of receipt at info@IdyllVie.com, including pictures of the items.

Gift Returns

If an item was gifted to you and shipped directly, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, we’ll send you a gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t identified as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we’ll refund the gift giver, who will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

Please send your return to the following address: 155 Wellesley St.E., Toronto, ON, M4Y 1J4, Canada.

You’ll be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the item, which are non-refundable. If you do receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

For those returning items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
