Our business days harmonize with the workweek, Monday to Friday, respecting public holidays.

We choose trusted couriers like USPS and UPS Standard Shipping to deliver within 3-6 business days post-dispatch. For our friends in Alaska and Hawaii, your patience is appreciated as your treasures may take a a bit longer.

International Orders

At  IdyllVie, we extend our reach across the waters, delivering to selected countries. While we navigate the tides of global shipping delays, we ask for your understanding should your order arrive later than anticipated, especially during the holiday season.

We can currently Ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout, considering the destination and your package's weight.

Expect international delivery to span between 7-21 days from the USA with First Class International Shipping. These journeys do not account for the time customs may hold your package, and such processes can extend delivery times.

It’s important to note that your country may require import or customs fees. Such charges are not included in our delivery costs and fall under your care as the receiver. For a clear understanding, please consult with your local customs office.

For added assurance, Priority shipping includes insurance against the unexpected. If opting for First Class International shipping, be aware that it does not include insurance, and  IdyllVie holds no guardianship over damages incurred in transit.

Tracking Your Order

Each IdyllVie order is bestowed with a tracking number, ensuring you can track your package on its journey to you. This number will be shared within the shipping confirmation email.

Please take a moment to confirm your address details when placing an order, as they are the map to your package's destination. We entrust the final delivery to the postal carrier and therefore cannot claim responsibility for any delays or misadventures due to inaccuracies provided.

A package marked as "Delivered" by the carrier is considered fulfilled on our end. Should such a package go missing, we recommend consulting your mailbox, engaging with your local post office, and inquiring with neighbours.

While we hope every delivery is seamless,  IdyllVie is not accountable for any loss or damage once in the carrier's keeping. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for lost packages. Any appeals for compensation due to lost, stolen, or damaged parcels should be directed to the postal carrier.
